Founded in 2013, FoodCycle+ was established with a clear mission: to strengthen the recycling of organic resources and promote a circular economy.

Since our inception, we have been committed to rethinking how society manages organic waste—transforming it from a growing environmental burden into a valuable resource.

Over the past decade, we have grown to become a leading force in organic waste management in Hong Kong, continuously innovating and refining our processes to meet the city’s evolving sustainability needs.

By working closely with partners across the catering industry and agricultural sector, we collect food waste and organic residues that would otherwise be discarded.

Through efficient recycling and upcycling processes, these materials are transformed into safe, usable inputs and returned to the food production chain. This closed-loop system reduces landfill reliance while promoting sustainable agriculture and resource efficiency.

To date, we have diverted thousands of tons of organic waste from landfills, cutting greenhouse gas emissions and environmental impact. These materials are converted into high-value Upcycled products, supporting a more resilient and sustainable local food system.
